The ABCs of DISC

The test didn’t get right, I am not an “I” and high D person. I don’t consider myself as a leader type or can be a good manager. I think I am more like an “S” whose emphasis is on cooperating with others to carry out the task. I am more like a follower. I am a smart person with lots of ideas, but I can’t handle pressure, so I can’t do “big” things. I would love to help others to become a leader. I think very often people can’t see themselves well. The way that we see ourselves can be very different from how our friends see us. So I think if this test can combine both the way we see ourselves and our friends’, it will come out much more accurate.

That's a very interesting way of viewing the DISC test. Instead of surveying one self, survey that person's friends and family. With the comparison, the subject will be able to see if they project the same personality that they possess inside.

According to your decription on the categorization, you think you cannot make a good leader, but you said you make a big thing happen. I what you to look at how you make that big thing happen among your team. You will notice that some of your team member will not easily agree with your ideas until you convince them which you are able to achieve. This shows a good quality of a leader; Its shows you can manage people and also endure. pressure. Also, you said that you can help others become a leader. But, for me i believe what you make happen for others, you can make happen for yourself.
